Our School Council is made up of 2 pupils from each year group, each September all children are given the opportunity to represent their peers in this way and then the class votes to decide who stands on the council for that school year.

Meetings are held regularly with Mrs Brookes to discuss up and coming events the school council are asked to support.  It’s also an opportunity for their classmates to suggest things that can be discussed and introduced at All Saints.

Our 2021/2022 School Council have already achieved a lot this year.  Since September, they have organised a sponsored Countryside walk raising £1,134 for Children in Need, they helped the PTA run stalls at the Christmas fayre and represented the school at the village Remembrance Day parade laying a wreath at the War memorial.

Our plans for the future include devising our own Football rules for the playground. It is important to the children that playtimes are fair and everyone’s opinions are heard. We’re looking forward to supporting Comic Relief with some silly fundraising ideas and we welcome any new suggestions the children bring forward.

We document all our achievements on a notice board outside the school hall and regularly speak during Worship to keep everyone informed about what’s going on.
